Refund Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Summary

  • The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep it until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We refund your first payment for a plan in full if you ask within 14 days.
  • Renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error.

2. Cancelling

Cancel any time under Settings > Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the unused part of a period you chose to cancel.

3. 14-day guarantee on your first payment

If a paid plan (Starter or Business) is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the first payment only.

4. Renewals and other payments

Renewal payments and prorated upgrade charges are not refundable, except where the law requires it, or where we charged you in error (for example a duplicate or incorrect charge), in which case we will correct it.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email neural1narrative@gmail.com from the address on your account, or contact us through the link on your Stripe receipt. Tell us which payment you mean. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

6. When you will get the money

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. After we approve a refund it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. A refund includes any sales tax or VAT you paid, although in some countries tax authorities require part of it to be retained.

7. Payments through Stripe

Paid plans are sold through Stripe's Managed Payments service, so Stripe is the merchant of record and may also handle payment-related support. In some cases Stripe can issue a refund directly (for example to resolve a dispute). If Stripe has already refunded a payment, no further refund is due for it.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live, such as a statutory cooling-off period. See also our Terms of Service.
